This is a very good move as humans have been consuming more chemical energy and the same is not converted into heat energy due to which fat accumulation, etc kind of health problems are on raise.
But a word of caution to authorities like VMC,Traffic Police is that roads are not any more safe and cycle tracks must be used for cycles and violators must be dealt with heavy fines,etc or else it will become an eye-wash kind of exercise by TI cycles kind of corporate companies to promote cycles!
